Getting older does not necessarily change sexual function and desire. Senior sex can be nearly the same as it was in your 20s. Senior sex: What changes as men get older?
Very little changes occur in older men or senior men as we grow older, IF you have sex everyday you don’t have the usual problems that many older men experience.
Some doctors will give you the excuse that medications interfere with senior sex, to a small extent this may well be true, but your sixty year old author takes all the normal drugs to prevent heart attack and stroke, blood pressure medicines etc and I work like I am still 22 years old. The secret is to use it, and you won’t lose it.
Stay healthy, Eat right, stay active, don’t drink too much alcohol, and don’t smoke too much and forget the weed you smoked when you were a kid. If you must smoke puff on a cigar a couple times a week as I do.
Maintain a positive attitude, after all we are entering into time frame that many of us become grumpy old men.
